We take into account improvement, development, and research in the field of sustainable mining, and improved permission processing for dynamic and responsive exploration, promote the development of local and regional production chains and their integration into global value chains, discover and adapt the impact of automation on mining employment and the adoption of new technologies, promote the development of minerals other than copper, increase the strategic value of small and medium-sized mining companies that are competitive and socially responsible. Strengthen early and institutionalized citizen involvement by concluding binding agreements and long-term dialogue, upgrade the creation of local high-quality jobs in the mining value chain (companies, contractors, and suppliers), increase the valuation of the mining industry and strengthen the identity of the mining powerhouse.
